Is it possible to accommodate more than 10 guests in the Villa?

 

The villa's website states that the villa is for 10 guests. There are 11 of us. Is it possible to accommodate 11 guests?

Unfortunately not. Our villa has a permit, ie it is registered on the tourist board for a maximum of 10 guests. In case of inspection and a larger number of guests, the owner would risk a big fine, he would have to close the house and ruin your vacation. Therefore, in our villa, it is not allowed to accept a larger number of guests than the stated maximum (including children, regardless of their age).

The villa is for a maximum of 10 guests. Can we get some discount if there are fewer of us?

 

Unfortunately no. The villas are reserved for a certain period and up to the maximum capacity of persons allowed in the villa. Regardless of whether the villa is booked by one person or the maximum number of guests, the price remains the same. Villa Yanko does not sell the remaining capacity to other guests during your stay.

 

Is the booking calendar on Villa Yanko's website always updated?

 

Yes, the booking calendar on Villa Yanko's webpage is always updated. The villa can be booked anytime by anyone directly. As soon as someone books a period, it is marked crossed, and it is no longer available and the calendar is automatically updated.

 

How to book the villa?

 

On the homepage of the villa, first, choose your preferred language then go open page "BOOK YOUR STAY" and click "Select Dates", choose Check-In dates and then choose Check-Out dates, with + and -put a maximum number of the guests (Adults and Kids), and then click the button "Search". Results for your dates "from ____ to _____" and in the photo window, you will see an average price per Night for your period. Click on "Per night" Price in the photo window. This will lead you to the next page. Click on "Book Now". This will lead you to the next page. Enter the requested information such as your Name, e-mail Address, Phone Number, Country and accept the reservations policy. Inbox above "Order Summary," you will see the total for your period.

Do the whole booking procedure step by step (page by page) and not skip the required information or go back and forth. Click on "Continue to Check Out" ignorer to review all the details of your booking.

Within a couple of moments, you will receive a booking confirmation to your email address.

 

What does an automatic booking system mean?

 

Villa Yanko has an automatic online booking system on its website. This means that the villa can be booked anytime by anyone directly on the villa's homepage, without any previous offer or contact with Villa Yanko. Once the booking is successfully done, the guest receives a booking confirmation to the email address indicated in the booking procedure.

 

In the offer that you sent me is stated that a prepayment and a deposit are required. What does this mean?

 

Once the booking procedure is completed, you will receive an email with all details regarding your booking. Check your spam and junk folder. Sometimes it can happen that your email gets there. In order to book a villa, a payment of 30% is required. For the stay in the villa, a refundable damage deposit upon arrival in cash is required. The amount of the refundable damage security deposit is payable in EUR. The host returns the refundable damage security deposit to you at departure in case no damage occurred during your stay.

The prepayment of 30% you can pay per bank transfer as a payment method or per Pay Pal depending on your choice, in the next few days.

After the payment, as a confirmation, you will receive our bank transfer date per email. This means that your booking procedure is successfully completed.

 

I have tried to book the villa, but during the booking procedure, I could not continue. The period seems to rebooked now. What does it mean?

 

 

If you could not continue with the booking procedure and the period seems to be unavailable, it was temporarily blocked by you. Wait for a couple of minutes until the period is available again. Do the whole booking procedure once again step by step and do not skip the required information or go back and forth. Otherwise, the requested period will be blocked by you again, the system will freeze, and the booking will not be successful or completed for security reasons.

 

 

If we are several families in the group, can we split costs so that each family pays separately?

 

Splitting either the payment (30%) or the remaining payment (70%) is not accepted. Please, collect the money in advance from your members and then pay the full amount to Villa Yanko from just one account or from just one party in just one payment.

 

 

After booking a villa, when will I receive the invoice?

 

Upon your arrival at the villa, we will issue an invoice for the full amount of your stay. If you need the invoice for business purposes, please, let us know. Villa Yanko is the trademark of the firm Svijet odmora d.o.o. and this firm as an owner will make you an invoice for your business.

 

Is an earlier check-i possible?

 

It is not possible. There is a cleaning and gardening service scheduled for the morning before your arrival so you can not check before 4 p.m. The house, garden, children's playground, and pool have to be cleaned and prepared for you since the previous guests are leaving at 10 a.m. The property is big and it takes to do it properly.

 

Is it possible to stay longer in the villa by check-out?

 

Unfortunately, it is not possible. Between 10 a.m. and 4 p.m. cleaning and gardening service scheduled for the morning before the arrival of the next guests so you can not check out after 10 a.m. The house, garden, children's playground, and pool have to be cleaned and prepared for the next guests. You can not leave your luggage in the villa before 4 p.m. because the Villa can not take responsibility for it.

 

If I arrive later than planned?

 

In case of problems on the road or big delays, please call or text us. As your host, we are available for you from the borders to the Villa. It would be nice to know about your approximate arrival time so that we can come to the villa, welcome you there, give you the key and show you around.

 

Do I have to give my passport or my ID to the host at arrival at the Villa?

 

Yes, for your stay, a valid document for each guest included children is required. On the arrival in the villa, we will need your documents in order to copy the necessary personal details to register you and members of your group at the tourist office. The documents will not be taken from you. Tourist tax is not included in the villa rental price.

 

If I chose to pay 70% in cash upon arrival, do you accept credit cards at the villa?

 

Credit cards are not accepted. We have not a possibility to charge credit cards on the spot. On the spot, only payments in cash are accepted.

 

I checked the villa's coordinates in the navigation system, but on the spot, no villa is shown? How can I be sure that this villa exists?

 

The location of the villa is correct. Before your arrival via WhatsApp, by E-mail, or another way, we will send you the link on google maps to easier find us.

 

I will need a baby cot and a high chair. Can this be put at your disposal?

 

Yes, just let us know that you are traveling with a baby and a baby cot, an extra bed and a high chair can be put at your disposal at your request.

 

Can friends come and visit us during our stay in the villa?

 

During your stay in the villa, it is not allowed to have more guests than registered to the tourist office upon your arrival. Possible visits by friends for lunch or similar have to be discussed with the owner on arrival, as we could make decisions on this subject.

 

In which currency can I pay in Croatia?

 

The official currency in Croatia is Croatian kuna (HRK) and this is the official currency accepted in Croatia, but it is possible to pay the remaining payment to us in EUR or leave the refundable damage deposit in cash in EUR.
