Are you looking for a villa with a heated pool and a sea view? On the Internet search engine, you are bombarded with numerous offers from mega agencies, beautiful pictures, and cookies - which do not forget you, but bring you back to the most visible place positioned on the first page of the search engine. You decide and book quickly. You are satisfied. Don't think about it anymore.
I am convinced that the host-owners of holiday homes are also satisfied, they will welcome you in their beautiful houses, they will look after you, listen, and hope that you will get an excellent "review" upon your departure. And all that is fine, part of the job, all satisfied, professionalism above all.
However, have you thought about whether it can be done in another way? To click a few more times with the mouse, type in a few more words and find our little ones privately, directly? Maybe the owners of the houses (us little ones), whose houses you booked through a big agency - intermediaries, and which we built to give you unforgettable memories, would be happier if you came to us directly? If you have bought the accommodation directly from the owner, the owner would not have to pay the agencies 20-30% of your money, but the owner would direct that money to the more frequent renovation of the house and to the purchase of additional content, which would again serve you as a guest next season? Have you ever wondered who is most responsible for your accommodation and who should benefit the most from that accommodation? It is not my intention to develop your conscience, because you booked us through an agency and you did not find us directly đ! Agencies are our partners and we are very happy to have them, but man is a thinking being and should think critically, at least while he is not yet on vacation đ.
There are various topics that people take âfor grantedâ until you force them to start thinking critically.
With such thinking, we came to for example to recycling, green energy, nature protection ... etc., etc.
My intention in this post is to get you thinking, even if I risk it to our detriment đ. You can say, for example, that agencies invest in their software, in marketing, they hire people, etc ... these are all big pluses on their side, yes, they are, but would there be them without us?

We have only one, but beautiful holiday house - a 5-star villa for self-use officially registered for 8 + 2 +1 persons. We are located in the heart of Dalmatia, Makarska Riviera, Tucepi.

We work with many agencies very well, and we are grateful for their good cooperation and their efforts, but still, at the end of the year we little holiday homeowners, ambient creators of your vacation and memories, would like to have enough money to prepare for next season, for painting the holiday home, to replace worn-out bed linen, towels, deck chairs, umbrellas, enough for the salaries of workers who clean the guest pool and garden every day and are available daily for all questions and other types of assistance.

The second in a row, the so-called crown of the year, we could not manage our lives or our house freely (both were managed by the state or a higher power), our request for loans to prepare for the season (painting, repairs, etc.) was rejected on the grounds that we are a risky investment (Hamag-Bicro, Ministry of Tourism of Republic of Croatia). Does this need a comment?
The big agencies - intermediaries for renting accommodation, didn't even ask us about the next season, and they didn't lower the commission ... because it's also hard for them as well.
Think about who is really the creator of your beautiful and unforgettable vacations ?! Click a few more times with the mouse đ, find us on the Internet, and book your accommodation directly from the one you will be communicating with during your vacation - directly from the owner. You don't have to do it every time, but at least every other time - for a start, until you learn that it's best for both of us, both you as a guest and us as the owner.
You will also be rewarded for your efforts, because with some agencies you pay a higher commission, and with others, we pay more.
