House Rules - Villa Yanko

GENERAL PROVISIONS:


1. Staying in a holiday home - Villa Yanko (21325 Tučepi, Šimići 6) starts at 4 pm on the day of arrival and ends at 10 am on the day of departure. Requests for an extension of stay should be made earlier by calling +385 98 231313. If we can, we will certainly meet that requirement.

Sometimes it is possible to start your stay earlier than 4 pm, mostly in the low season with the prior agreement.


2. All persons staying at Villa Yanko are required to complete the formalities regarding the registration of their stay and the payment of the residence fee on the day of arrival and to complete the DSGVO form.


3. Please:

- Do not bring any persons who are not registered in Villa Yanko


4. The night's sleep is between 00:00 and 6:00 am.


5. Guests staying at Villa Yanko are responsible for defects and/or damage to and/or destruction of items and/or equipment responsible for rent during the holiday home.


6. Guests are obliged to report damage and/or destruction of items and equipment in the holiday home immediately by phone (+385 98 231313) or in person.


7. Every time, before leaving the villa, please, close all doors and windows and make sure that the sun umbrellas and other items did not remain open so the wind couldn't make possibly damage, and be sure after grilling the fire extinguisher.


8. Anyone who stays in Villa Yanko must use the device as intended; It must not escape any object that is part of a holiday home or can be copied from the keys that guests use during their stay.


9. Pets are allowed in the villa, but it is not allowed to sleep on the beds or climb to the sofas. Our team is primarily concerned with household hygiene, just for you. Therefore, we ask you to understand why we have issued this ban.


10. Smoking, drug use, or other opiates are not allowed in the Villa. Guests can smoke outside the house on the patio with fire safety measures. If a guest causes a fire, the guest will be responsible for it. We, therefore, recommend that guests be extra careful.


11. Exclusive liability for children playing on our property is assumed by their parents, guardians, or escorts.


12. Guests respond to their private belongings left behind in the Villa. Guest's valuables can be stored in the safe in the Butterfly Room on the ground floor.


13. In case of non-compliance with the provisions of this House Rules. the Landlord has the right and the obligation to intervene in the lease and even terminate it.

15. FIRE PROTECTION: Villa Yanko offers its guests a barbecue service in the backyard of their house. Feel free to enjoy and use everything that is surrounded by houses with barbecue, but keep in mind that the fires in this area are very common because of the high drought, especially in summer, and for the strong winds that can suddenly occur and the cause of the fire is mostly negligent people. Each fire irretrievably destroys thousands of acres of green and is often the street and property of humans. To initiate a fire (intentionally or unintentionally), severe punishment is imposed as well as an obligation to replace material damage to the consequences of the fire.

Use the barbecue at your own risk and with special care.

Please drain the water with the rest of the grid to completely extinguish it. Please contact those who have no experience with fire and we are happy to help.


16. DISTRIBUTION OF EMPLOYEES: Villa Yanko is located in a region that does not yet classify waste, but all of its waste is concentrated in the center of Šimići village (2 minutes away) in a large container. Garbage bags are in the kitchen in the drawer.


17. HEATING / COOLING: Each room at Villa Yanko has a thermostat and the living room has two thermostats. Each guest can set the desired temperature on the thermostat. NOTE: Heating / Cooling will not work if the windows or glass walls are open. Before installing the heating/cooling, it must therefore be checked whether the windows are closed.


18. AUTOMATIC DISTRIBUTION: For artificial irrigation, an irrigation system is set up on holiday, which automatically falls into the early morning hours and/or in the late evening hours. Therefore, it is not advisable to leave beach chairs, towels, wetsuits, or other items on the lawn as they are dirty and you have difficulty reusing them.


19. POOL: The owner of Villa Yanko checks daily the cleanliness and quality of the water in the pool. In the pre-and post-season, it also regulates the temperature of the pool and ensures that the water is suitable for bathing. The pool is equipped with a machine room, from which the pool pumps (for water, for heating) are controlled, floodlights, pool cleaning, etc., for which the host takes care. The host performs these tasks discreetly and quietly so that the guests are not disturbed.


20. CHANGING TABLES AND BEDS: Towels and sheets change every seven days and other days upon agreement with the guests. You can request a change of towels and linen every day by sending a message to +385 98231313.


21. WASH: The laundry machine is located in the bathroom next to the Olive Room room. The house also has a laundry. In the washing machine, guests can only wash their clothes. Please do not wash the laundry of the villa as it washes in the utility room. Just ask the host for a new clean towel or linen, and it will be delivered immediately.


22. CLEANING: Villa Yanko is usually cleaned at each guest's level, but not during the guest's stay unless specifically requested, but is mandatory for longer stays. Villa Yanko has the ground floor cleaners in the lobby closet.


23. IRONING: Ironing by ironing equipment (iron, ironing board). If the guest needs to wear personal ironing clothes, please contact the host in due time.


24. INTERNET: The villa has an internet connection with three amplifiers, VILLA YANKO, VILLA YANKO 1, and VILLA YANKO 2. The password for the Internet access is: villayanko


25. CHILDREN'S PLAYGROUND serves guests aged 3 to 12 years and weighs up to 50 kg.
