There are about 100 beaches on the Makarska Riviera and it is not possible to present all information and photos here. All of these beaches are not far from Villa Yanko.

Tučepi beaches - 2-5 minutes by car from Villa Yanko
The longest beach on the Makarska Riviera is located in the tourist town of Tucepi, two kilometers from Villa Yanko. You can stretch your feet on the adjacent promenade, which is lined with pine and tamaris trees. The pebble beach is very popular with families with children because it offers plenty of natural shade, you can rent a pedal boat and there are water slides.
Active vacationers can expect a varied and wide range of sports and leisure opportunities.
Clean and with countless restaurants, cafes, souvenir shops and shops, this beach looks so beautiful today. The Slatina, Ratac, Kraj and Kamena beaches are four beaches at a time.
Beach Slatina - Tučepi
The central and largest urban bathing area also has the most varied offer - from sports equipment to catering. Beach Lučica - Tučepi
is located in the center of the small coastal town of Tučepi. This popular pebble beach is ideal for family vacations. The numerous contents, the fine gravel, and the mild entrance into the sea are perfect for holidays with children. You can easily get to the beach and you can park your car nearby.
You can find something for all ages on Lučica Beach. The youngest will enjoy the water park, and the older ones the ride on pedalos, paragliding, and the ride on tubes and bananas. The more daring can try the jet ski ride. On the beach, you will also find a children's playground where your little ones will have fun. If you want to free yourself from tension, there is an object for massages on the beach. After all the activities in the water, you can relax under the parasols on the sun loungers that can be rented. In addition, the beach is equipped with outdoor showers, changing rooms, and public toilets so that you have everything you need for a pleasant stay at hand.
There are a number of restaurants near the beach where you can try the local specialties. The bars and cafes nearby are a popular choice when looking for refreshments. Beach Jadran - Tučepi
The beach of the Hotel Jadran is one of the most beautiful natural landscapes on the Makarska Riviera. Very attractive and popular with the locals. The beach is just 100 meters east of the Tamaris and Neptun Hotels. On the west side, there is a nudist-friendly spot surrounded by small bays and pine trees for shade.
A small asphalt road leads from the main road, which is used for parking up to the Hotel Jadran during the high season. Parking costs around 50 kn for a full day, but if you come after 3 p.m. it is usually free (if parking can then be found). Parking is free in May and October. A beach with lots of pine tree shadows.
Nudist beaches - 2-5 minutes by car from Villa Yanko
In Tucepi and the surrounding area, naturists will find the wonderful nudist beaches Nugal and Dracevac. Nugal Beach is located between Tucepi and Makarska. The nudist beach Dracevac is located in the neighboring resort of Podgora.
Dračevac beach - Tučepi / Podgora
A few minutes by car from Villa Yanko to the south you will find this 400-meter-long beach lined with pine forest. Dracevac Beach is a famous nudist oasis for naturalists and offers good privacy. There are no restaurants, showers, or changing rooms on or around the beach, but the natural beauty is very likely to replace anything you might be missing.

Beach Nugal - Makarska
Not far from Tucepi is the nudist beach Nugal. Nudist lovers have been drawn to this beach for more than 30 years. Like most of nudist beaches, this one is also a bit away from "civilization". The beach can be reached after a half-hour walk through the “Osejava” forest, which connects Makarska and Tucepi. We recommend sturdy shoes for this walk. The beach is surrounded by high cliffs that protect visitors from prying eyes. Don't forget to take care of your own provisions, drinks, and sun protection. There is nothing to buy on the beach and there is no natural shade.

Punta Rata Beach - Brela
In 2004, the Punta Ratain Brela beach was voted the most beautiful beach on the Makarska Riviera. You are sure to know the Brela stone that juts out of the sea and is the trademark of Punta Rata. The pebble beach with a sandy entrance into the sea is particularly suitable for families with small children. It is surrounded by fragrant pine trees and therefore offers enough shade. There is plenty of entertainment for children, such as pedal boats and water slides. There are also some cafes and restaurants, loungers and parasols that can be borrowed on the beach.

Donja Luka beach - Makarska
The Donja Luka beach is located in the middle of Makarska. This popular sandy beach is a few kilometers long and offers something for every visitor. There are many entertainment options for children and even bungee jumping for adults. After the bathing fun, you can look for a shady spot under one of the fragrant pine trees. This beach has also been awarded the Blue Flag and has barrier-free entrances.
